IWAREHOUSE CC with registration number 2008/143790/23 trades as iWarehouse.co.za, is VAT registered (4840248696) and offers a simple, safe and convenient way to shop for lifestyle type products applicable to Land, Air and Water.

How do I "Shop" on this site?

Use the Shop menu on the left to select a category you are interested in e.g. "Navigation (GPS)" and within the Navigation category you can further drill down. Browse the various product available. You can purchase the product by adding it to your "cart" from the "Add to Cart" link below each product description.

How do I know if a product is in stock?

You can confirm stock availability by emailing iWarehouse.co.za at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. A member of the iWarehouse.co.za sales team will get back to you with details.

How do I make payment?

Payment Options and Pricing
Payment can be made by Electronic / Internet Banking Transfer (EFT), Direct Bank Deposit or PayPal.
iWarehouse.co.za endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax, shipping charges (on the day of shipping) and Fees applicable to PayPal. Should the shipping charges increase between the time you confirmed your order and the day the goods are to be shipped, you will be required to make payment for the difference, before the goods will be released.

EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and confirm your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order where iWarhouse.co.za’s bank account details for payment will be provided. Your order will only be shipped once the funds reflect in the bank account as detailed below.

As reference, specify the Order Number as per your invoice.

If selecting PayPal as your method of payment, your order will be subject to a PayPal fee which will be listed in your basket.

The South African currency, Rand (ZAR), is not available as yet through PayPal. The sale amount as quoted in the iWarehouse.co.za Checkout System will automatically be converted to US Dollar (USD) by PayPal in the PayPal Payment Portal. There is a live foreign exchange quote incorporated into the PayPal Payment Portal and it may be the case that there is a difference in the ZAR amount quoted in the iWarehouse.co.za Checkout System and the actual USD amount quoted in the PayPal Payment Portal. This difference is due to current exchange rates and the calculation thereof by PayPal.

If making payment via the optional PayPal Payment Method, you accept the additional PayPal Fee as quoted to you by iWarehouse.co.za during the Checkout Process and you also accept any further difference in the Rand (ZAR) amount and the actual Dollar (USD) amount as quoted to you by PayPal in the PayPal Payment Portal.

When will I receive my goods?

iWarehouse.co.za will process your order once payment is reflected in our account.

For goods in stock, and for orders placed before 11am, iWarehouse.co.za will strive to achieve a next day delivery service direct to your door if based withing major centers, alternatively 2-3 days if based in regional centers.

For goods not in stock it can take up to 5 working days.

What do I do if the product becomes faulty?

iWarehouse.co.za do not sell "grey" products unless stated otherwise. All products purchased from iWarehouse.co.za carry the full manufacturers warranty. Faulty products can be returned by the owner directly to the official supplier within South Africa, who as long as the warranty terms and conditions have not been breached will honor the warranty. Alternatively, goods can be sent back to iWarehouse.co.za who in turn will return the goods to the manufacturer for assessment for repair / replacement.
