You may only use this site to browse the content, make legitimate purchases and shall not use this site for any other purposes, including without limitation, to make any speculative, false or fraudulent purchase. This site and the content provided in this site may not be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted or distributed. Product availability
Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Should iWarehouse.co.za have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment reflects in the iWarehouse.co.za bank account as specified on the order confirmation before 11h00. Should the product not be in stock at the iWarehouse.co.za stores please allow 5 working days plus freight transit time.
Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence iWarehouse.co.za will endeavor to contact you and provide a revised shipping schedule. iWarehouse.co.za reserve the right to cancel your order should the product no longer be available from the iWarehouse.co.za supplier or otherwise.
Delivery Policy
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies paid in any way agreed by us are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any product or service through this website.
Shipping
The price for shipping as offered by the iWarehouse.co.za online shopping system on checkout applies to deliveries within the Republic of South Africa (RSA) and does not include the cost of deliveries to outlying areas or farms as determined by our couriers. In such cases, iWarehouse.co.za reserves the right to charge additional delivery fees to cover the difference and iWarehouse.co.za will contact you prior to processing your order should this be the case. Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment.
Order processing
Order processing will not begin until we receive a confirmed order and full payment reflects in our bank account.
Refunds/returns Policy

Payment Options and Pricing
Payment can be made by Electronic / Internet Banking Transfer (EFT), Direct Bank Deposit or PayPal.
iWarehouse.co.za endeavours to offer you competitive prices on current products; your total order price will include the price of the purchase plus any applicable sales tax, shipping charges (on the day of shipping) and Fees applicable to PayPal. Should the shipping charges increase between the time you confirmed your order and the day the goods are to be shipped, you will be required to make payment for the difference, before the goods will be released.
EFT (Electronic Fund Transfer)
One of the most widely used ways of sending money online. Once you have added enough items to your shopping cart, proceed to “Checkout” and confirm your order. You will receive an e-mail confirmation of your order where iWarhouse.co.za’s bank account details for payment will be provided. Your order will only be shipped once the funds reflect in the bank account as detailed below.
As reference, specify the Order Number as per your invoice.

If selecting PayPal as your method of payment, your order will be subject to a PayPal fee which will be listed in your basket.
The South African currency, Rand (ZAR), is not available as yet through PayPal. The sale amount as quoted in the iWarehouse.co.za Checkout System will automatically be converted to US Dollar (USD) by PayPal in the PayPal Payment Portal. There is a live foreign exchange quote incorporated into the PayPal Payment Portal and it may be the case that there is a difference in the ZAR amount quoted in the iWarehouse.co.za Checkout System and the actual USD amount quoted in the PayPal Payment Portal. This difference is due to current exchange rates and the calculation thereof by PayPal.
If making payment via the optional PayPal Payment Method, you accept the additional PayPal Fee as quoted to you by iWarehouse.co.za during the Checkout Process and you also accept any further difference in the Rand (ZAR) amount and the actual Dollar (USD) amount as quoted to you by PayPal in the PayPal Payment Portal.
Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
- These conditions apply to Gift Vouchers which have been purchased from iWarehouse.co.za
- Gift Vouchers have a coupon code with a random combination of letters and numbers and can be redeemed at iWarehouse.co.za on any purchase made.
- If the value of an order exceeds the value of the Gift Voucher the balance must be paid by EFT / Electronc Bank Transfer.
- If the full amount of the voucher is not redeemed, the balance will be given by way of a new Gift Voucher. Gift Voucher balances and refunds are also subject to these terms and conditions and are additionally not assignable or transferable.
- Gift Vouchers cannot be used to buy further Gift Vouchers.
- It is possible to redeem one or more Gift Vouchers against an order; however, it is not possible to combine the use of Gift Vouchers with Promotional and Discount Vouchers.
- Gift Vouchers and unused portions expire 6 months from the date of issue of the original Gift Voucher. Gift Vouchers are not transferable and have a cash redemption value of R0.00. Gift Voucher balances and refunds are not transferable and also have a cash redemption value of R0.00.
